A Junmai Ginjo that has a dignified impression and a refreshing feeling like water from melting snow. It has a gentle aroma reminiscent of plum blossoms that are just beginning to unravel, and a moist, clear sweetness with the taste of fully ripened rice.

Drink it chilled as a clear food drink, or enjoy the gorgeous flavor and aroma typical of Miyakanbai when warmed from room temperature.

This pure rice, unpasteurized sake has an alcohol content of around 15%. It features a firm acidity and a rich flavor.

• Cool Down Properly: Before opening, let the bottle sit in the refrigerator to cool down well.
• Open Slowly: Open the bottle slowly to release the gas little by little.
• Do Not Shake: Avoid shaking the bottle before opening.
• Keep Upright: Do not tip the bottle on its side.

This product contains carbon dioxide gas due to natural fermentation, which can cause it to spew out when opened.

Whether you prefer it chilled, heated, or on the rocks, the robust and delicious flavour of Fukumitsuya's Kuroobi Dodo Yamahai Junmai (15%) 720ml will not disappoint. With its pleasant acidity and rich umami, this domestic rice and rice koji blend (polishing ratio: 65%) features a mix of Yamada Nishiki (60%, produced in Naka-ku, Takamachi, Hyogo Prefecture) and Kinmon Nishiki (40%, produced in Kijimadaira, Shimotakai-gun, Nagano Prefecture). This junmai and yamahai-prepared junmai ginjo sake blend (60%) has an alcohol content of 15%, a nihonshu meter value of +5, and an acidity of 1.9. Enjoy the bold flavour on the rocks (or however you like it) - it's perfect for any occasion!

This junmai ginjo is made with Dewa no Sato, a kind of rice developed in Yamagata prefecture that is known for its large white core. One of the most popular kinds of Yamagata Selection-certified sake.
