A premium, naturally fermented junmai ginjo made from 'Yamada Nishiki' rice and produced in Hyogo prefecture's 'Special A' Grand Cru terroir in the town of Yokawa. Opening with sweet notes of ripe pear, plum and yellow peach, the rice's umami flavours with a hint of acidity lead to a crisp, dry finish.
