40% polished 'Hitogokochi' Rice, designed and brewed with the pursuit of a beautiful balance, faint, refreshing acidity in the background, a bitter finish, and vivid sweetness.

Even the drinker who gazes at the full moon seems to be drawn into the world inside the label.

The "Konna Yoruni..." series began with this white label.

The illustration is a Japanese pepper fish. We use Kinmon Nishiki rice from Kijimadaira, the northern Nagano Prefecture.
After aging, bitterness, sourness, sweetness, and a sense of ripeness are harmonized, giving it a unique taste that is perfect for drinking.
