Made using a highly technical rice milling method called "flat rice milling". It has a rich aroma with the fine balance of umami and acidity that Junmai sake is known for. It pairs perfectly with Japanese food. This sake can be enjoyed hot or cold. Winner of the "Gold Award" at the National Kanzake Contest 2020.
