
A traditional style sake from Shimane prefecture. This mellow sake is characterised by the gentle balance of flavours and acidity, and is perfect for washing away the fat from food. Can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
Located in a mountainous area, it is known as the place of iron manufacturing, called "tatara", and formed terraced rice fields on the site of the tatara. Our location has long been known as a producer of excellent rice. The rice grown in the region is used to brew sake.
