This plum liqueur is made with Shimeharitsuru, a blend of carefully selected white Kaga plums from Gunma Prefecture.

You can also enjoy plum wine on the rocks or carbonated. Also, as a recommended way to drink umeshu, according to brewery Miyao Sake Brewery, it is recommended to mix it with sake 1:1

Description: "Nisshin Shurui" Kamiyama no Umeshu 3nen Chozo 17% is made with unpasteurized sake that has been aged for more than three years at the brewery without any additives. It has a rich,
full-bodied flavor with a slight hint of fresh acidity, and the
rich flavor that only unpasteurized sake can have.
It can be enjoyed widely as an aperitif or with a meal.
