“Bon GOLD” is a sake that is made from Junmai Daiginjo unpasteurized sake that has been adjusted and aged at minus 10 degrees Celsius, and then bottled and pasteurized at the shipping stage to seal in the mellow taste of the season. (It is so-called raw sake.)
Since it is pure sake that has not been filtered as it is squeezed, it contains a small amount of white sediment, which is the original ingredient of sake.
In addition, it features a pale golden color due to adjusted aging, and in order to express this color, we used a UV-cut transparent bottle, and the label was also made to match the color of the sake.
