Perfect Yamada Nishiki Nama sake you can enjoy for the price! Perfect balance between sweet and dry (karakuchi). It goes well with all type of dishes of course best with fresh seafood! Anyway do they every produce large bottle(1.8l) for this sake? I think i can drink that in one go! Cheers!

I’v tried other couple of Morishima sake but this one is amazing! Full of taste with semi dry and easy to go with any seafood I’d prefer raw. Also this one comes with Namazake should try it’s taste double stronger with same smoothness i absolutely love it!

My all time favorite Japanese Nihonshu is Gokuryu Daiginjo, Now i’m loving this Garyubai Junmai Ginjo. Yamada Nishiki sake usually very smooth and clean taste and this Garyubai Junmai Ginjo satisfy all of my expectation. Its smooth and crisp easy when it goes down. Quite elegant to dry sake. It goes well with Oyster, Sashimi and even with fried food.
