Truly unique, refreshing and delicious sake

It's unpasteurised, can be a bit fizzy, sweet, full body, refreshing. Strong fruity notes and easy to drink even for beginners.

The Japanese sake "KAMEIZUMI",blessed with eternal spring which never dries up even during long drought. The spring nearby our brewery never dries up even during long drought. Therefore people called this spring "Eternal Spring". This is why we named our company "KAMEIZUMI" . "Kame" means a turtle which has  the meaning of long life in Japan and "Izumi" means spring water. We continue to brew vatious kinds of premium sake by using high quality rice, yeast and clean water.
