Therefore people called this spring "Eternal Spring". This is why we named our company "KAMEIZUMI" . "Kame" means a turtle which has the meaning of long life in Japan and "Izumi" means spring water. We continue to brew vatious kinds of premium sake by using high quality rice, yeast and clean water.
