A new view of saki

Brian Steel introduced us to this saki at a lunch. I was amazed at the lack of acid but wonderful paring with the food including red meat. Brian explained the method in it's making it was a wonderful experience. We had a young couple getting married the next week he is of Japanese extraction so we bought the large bottle for them. We haven't heard back yet but if they enjoy it as much as we did it will be worth it. Thanks Brian

MORISHIMA SHUZO
