This uniquely lighter nigori style is reflective of the premium elegance of Dassai Junmai Daiginjo. Naturally fermented in bottle, resulting in a pleasant fruit aromas and smooth, refreshing finish.

Miwa Shuzo achieved a Pure Rice Sparkling Nigori-zake with carbonation derived from secondary fermentation in-bottle,creating a crisp, clean taste after the sweetness of the rice and the richness of Nigori-zake. The process of “secondary fermentation in a bottle” is equivalent to the Champagne Method for wine. The naturally-produced fine bubbles create a fresh and pleasant texture.

This sake has creamy, tart green apple on the nose with carbonation that gives it a light palate full of lychee, cream soda and guava.

Delightfully crisp and refreshing

Crafted from quality rice, this sparkling rice wine offers a delightful crispness with delicate bubbles and a refreshing aroma reminiscent of muscat. To highlight the essence of the base Junmaishu, its alcohol content matches that of typical sparkling wine at 12%. While boasting a rich and tangy profile, its distinct Kubota acidity imparts a refreshing sensation on the palate. Enjoy in a traditional Masu cup for the full experience.

The water of Yamanashi and the inspired Mediterranean Sea were the foundation of the Sparkling Sake Alain Ducasse, created by Gerard Margeon and Maison Shichiken.
