穏やかながらも美しい香りを持ち、酸味と辛味のバランスが絶妙な純米酒です。純米吟醸規格（60％）まで精米して大吟醸並みの低温で丁寧に発酵を進めているため、きれいで上質な味わいがお楽しみ頂けます。きめ細かい優しい口当たりで、お料理の味を一層引き立ててくれる一本です。

A pure rice sake with a mild yet beautiful aroma and an exquisite balance of acidity and spiciness. The rice is milled to the Junmai Ginjo standard (60%) and fermented carefully at the same low temperature as Daiginjo, creating a clean and high-quality taste.

りんごの香りが口いっぱいに広がる、まるでジュースのようなお酒。当蔵のある秋田県横手市は「平鹿りんご」の産地です。地元の「紅玉」をふんだんに使用しています。リンゴ本来の甘酸っぱさを持つ「紅玉」のもぎたてそのままに、造り酒屋の吟醸麹で作った甘酒を加えて仕込んだ、こだわりりんごリキュールです。ふんわり甘い甘酒を使用しているため、日本酒が好きな方はもちろん、日本酒が苦手な方でも、美味しくいただけます。
