2024 Australian Sake Award Gold: Savoury / Full bodied Category

100% Aomori Prefecture sake brewing rice "Hanaomoi"
"Shichiriki" is a private brand created in collaboration with "Nana no Kai", a group of liquor stores in seven locations in Aomori City, and is sold in limited quantities.
It is a pure rice ginjo sake made with Aomori Prefecture's sake-making rice "Hanaomoi", polished to 55%, and has a fruity aroma, rice flavor, and moderate spiciness.
There are unique products that explore the depth and fun of sake brewing, such as the "Magnum Bottle Series", which uses microorganisms such as white koji, yellow koji, and lactic acid bacteria, and "NEBUTA Shichiriki", which is brewed to the sound of music from the Aomori Nebuta Festival and features Nebuta washi paper on the label, so you can enjoy a diverse lineup.

A limited edition sake made from "purple black rice," a type of rice that has been handed down since ancient times.

The rice is polished at a very low rate of 99%. The light red colour of this sake comes from the purple rice, and it contains polyphenols.

It has a low alcohol content of 12%, is light on the palate, has a refreshing acidity and a subtle umami flavour.
