This sake is characterized by the flavour of Yamadanishiki Sake Rice, acidity and a well-balanced sweetness with a crisp aftertaste which complements meals, especially combine well with seafoods.

chris park Perfect Yamada Nishiki Nama sake you can enjoy for the price! Perfect balance between sweet and dry (karakuchi). It goes well with all type of dishes of course best with fresh seafood! Anyway do they every produce large bottle(1.8l) for this sake? I think i can drink that in one go! Cheers!
