“Shirataki” Takaki no Ippon Junmai Daiginjo (15-15.9%) 720ml

A delightful sake that is refined and smooth with deep and soft rich notes but completely compliments many dishes without being overbearing .10/10

This is hands down one of my favourite sakes right now. Super clean, crisp fish with distinctive apple undertones. Can’t recommend it enough
