We had this sake served chilled at Kid Kyoto restaurant in Sydney and it was refreshing. It bursts with the delicate citrus flavor of yuzu and lifts the pallete. It's not too sour or sweet. Our entire table loved it immediately. I find it fresh, light to drink and highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

It’s less sweet than I expected which is good. I really enjoyed it and would buy some more.

I tried this at a Japanese restaurant and had to purchase it. Thankfully a Japanese colleague helped me to search for it and I ordered what I thought were 2 700ml bottles but they were huge bottles. Very happy indeed. Sych a lovely & refreshing drink.

I'm not a big drinker and finding something good is always great. A small drink or two on weekends to round out the week.

this seishu taste very alcohol, if you want to drink it warm make sure let it cool down a bit before drinking.

Taste sweet and go pairing with sashimi

This is a really lovely, delicate sake—light and semi-dry. Melon is the main flavour, but it isn't at all overpowering. It is an excellent value sake, and I will definitely be purchasing it again.

Nose: tropical wit ha bit of red cherry berry aroma
Palate: Dry, clean, ripe honeydew, smooth and quick finish
think to paring with sashimi when chilli, steamed white fish when slight cold , or pouched chicken if the sake in room tempeture

Beautiful sake that can be enjoyed with or without food. Perfect with sashimi.
