Clean Finish - Good for Beginners!

This is served at a few izakayas in Sydney and a really safe sake to try for first timers. It can be served alone (without food) and is light on the palate without a long finish/aftertaste. If you like 'clean' tasting and slightly dry sake - I would highly recommend this one. Very reasonably priced.

It's delicious served chilled, straight from the fridge (5-10c).

Asahi-Shuzo Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1830. Originally, the company was known by the trade name “Kubota-ya.”
A sake brewer once said, "The quality of sake can never exceed the quality of its ingredients." The rice used to brew sake has an enormous influence on its fragrance and taste.
