Matured for 24 months in ice cold fermentation. This perfectly balanced junmai ginjo is full of bright stone fruit, from peaches to nectarine and juicy cherry with a clean mineral finish that is reminiscent of melting snow.

Top-class sake with the rice center-stage

Named after the beauty of the nearby Mt. Kaikoma. Hints of porridge with nectarine jam. Off-dry with a refreshing acidity and texture like tweed. Very tidy but flavorful umami fills the mouth releasing oats and nuts before a dry finish. Delicious at any temperature but warm up to unleash even more flavor.

Try yakitori, sauteed dishes, roast chicken or sardines.

Namanama Junmai

Made from Omachi rice from Kanagwa prefecture. This sake is made by traditional manufacturing and fermented in a low temperature environment. It has sweet taste and easy to drink .A drink that can be drunk slowly and for a long time.

It is pure rice ginjo made from Dewa no Sato, a sake brewery suitable for Yamagata Prefecture. .Shuho's soft nuance, gentle scent, and ease of purchase are still alive.

Hitachi Nishiki is a rice suitable for sake brewing in Ibaraki Prefecture, developed in the local prefecture.
The only Morishima brand sake labeled as “dry”.
Even if you say dry in one word, it is still Morishima. A well-balanced taste that combines transparency and freshness. The image is polite and neat, not gaudy.

Background: Junmai Ginjo Hidahomare Tenryo is made by 100% “Hidahomare”, which is from the Hida area. We polished 50% of this rice which is clear and smooth. Between summer and fall, it changes from fresh to rich. Junmai Ginjo Hidahomare Tenryo may be enjoyed served as chilled or Nurukan (which means a little bit warm). This sake has sold in NY since 2006.
