The "Konna Yoruni..." series began with this white label.

The illustration is a Japanese pepper fish. We use Kinmon Nishiki rice from Kijimadaira, the northern Nagano Prefecture.
After aging, bitterness, sourness, sweetness, and a sense of ripeness are harmonized, giving it a unique taste that is perfect for drinking.

This is the highest quality sake made by removing only the heart part, storing and aging it for a long period of time, and then aging it in white oak barrels.
The natural water ``Sakura Shimizu'' sourced from the Hayama Mountains at an altitude of 1,462 meters is used as the brewing water, and the rice shochu is aged in oak barrels using ``Ranbiki'' to create a rich, whiskey-like taste.
Rice shochu is easy to drink, even for beginners, as it does not have a strong taste and does not interfere with the ingredients.The 100% malt has a rich aroma and a mellow taste, and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, such as straight, mixed with hot water or in a highball with soda, or as a cocktail base.
