This beer is carefully hand-brewed using four types of the finest malt and three types of the finest hops.
Unlike typical Japanese beers, it has a rich flavor.
It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus and ripe apples. Once you taste this pale ale, your concept of beer will change dramatically.

The bitterness of the hops in this pale ale is recommended for beef dishes and Italian dishes that make use of the acidity of tomatoes. It also goes well with shellfish.

Crafted from carefully pickled Shirakaga plums from Gunma Prefecture, this Umeshu boasts a natural coloring that allows the true flavor of the fruit to shine without artificial additives. Made with unripe plums from Mount Haruna, enjoy the refreshing, sweet, and sour taste with a soft aftertaste, while preserving the fruit's flavor. This classic Kuroobi sake has been refined by taste professionals since 1976 and goes perfectly with fish dishes like sashimi and sushi. Made with domestically-sourced rice and rice koji, including Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki, this sake has a 68% polishing ratio and a unique flavor that can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed. Don't miss out on this special junmai blend, with a 15% alcohol content and a + 6 Nihonshu meter value, boasting a playful and quirky personality that's sure to bring a smile to your face!

Whether you prefer it chilled, heated, or on the rocks, the robust and delicious flavour of Fukumitsuya's Kuroobi Dodo Yamahai Junmai (15%) 720ml will not disappoint. With its pleasant acidity and rich umami, this domestic rice and rice koji blend (polishing ratio: 65%) features a mix of Yamada Nishiki (60%, produced in Naka-ku, Takamachi, Hyogo Prefecture) and Kinmon Nishiki (40%, produced in Kijimadaira, Shimotakai-gun, Nagano Prefecture). This junmai and yamahai-prepared junmai ginjo sake blend (60%) has an alcohol content of 15%, a nihonshu meter value of +5, and an acidity of 1.9. Enjoy the bold flavour on the rocks (or however you like it) - it's perfect for any occasion!
