Brewed in Aichi prefecture using 100% 'Yumesansui' sake rice and hand-cultivated Koji, this sake's development is carefully managed by the master brewers at Yamazaki. This Junmai Ginjo is characterised by it's unique aromas and beautifully rich taste.

This is an autumn product of "Suminoe" that has been pasteurised. It is a pure rice sake with a gorgeous aroma and a crisp, dry finish.

Introducing Miyakanbai's seasonal gem: "Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nakadori Namazake." Crafted from 45% polished Miyama Nishiki rice, this sake boasts a fruity aroma and a chewy texture.

With refreshing sweetness and subtle spice,

it's a delightful treat with every sip.

This light and dry sake has a subtle fruity aroma that is reminiscent of bananas, and a hint of rice in its flavour. It goes well with any food, but especially with sushi and dishes made with oil, such as fried rice and seafood pasta.

This Junmai Ginjo sake offers a harmonious balance of elegant ginjo aromas and the rich flavor of Yamada Nishiki rice. It pairs well with light dishes like sashimi and is an excellent choice for women or those new to sake.

The name “Ichiban Ninki” (Most Popular) is inspired by the term used in horse racing to describe the top favorite. Named with the hope of becoming the "most popular" sake, this long-loved product is a staple of the Seven Crown Horse series.

A summer limited edition sake. Yamada Nishiki rice is polished to 50% in-house and brewed with soft water that has a delicate sweetness. The sake is stored raw in a thermal tank and pasteurised only once when bottling. It has a fresh aroma and flavour, and is characterised by a soft mouthfeel and a refreshing, sharp taste.

"Hyakumoku FUTURE Junmai Daiginjo" is a large grain harvested from the "Grand Cru" (special grade field), which has been linked for more than 100 years in the Yoshikawa Special A area in Hyogo's unique terroir. "Yamada Nishiki" rice is polished to 35%. This junmai daiginjo sake has a smooth texture and a sweet cooling sensation that feels like the moment the juice of a freshly ripe white peach overflows.It is characterized by its light, rich flavour and rich flavour.

明治初期に西日本に原生していたお米を復活させ、福井市の地元で契約栽培した神力米使用で、昔ながらのふっくらとした喉こしは、通好みの清酒で、少し温めてて呑むとさらに味が膨らみます。

Made using Fukui prefecture's original 'Jinriki' sake rice; dating back to the Meiji period. This classic
style of Fukui sake is rich in body and flavour. It's recommended to serve this sake warm to bring out it's
expressive depth and complexity.

This sake boasts a clear, velvety smooth texture that glides across the palate. Its exquisite aroma combines notes of lychee, muscat, and sour cherries. The finish is sharp, with a subtle astringency adding a refined accent.

The company's Symbol Mark, "Yago", Which  is a baby(Larva) of a red dragonfly, grows in a rice field in the summer.
