Slightly dry taste. Pure rice wine made from Echigo Mori's techniques and sourced underground water from Nikko Mountain. It is characterized by its mellow, fluffy taste and refreshing taste. It goes well with a wide variety of dishes, especially recommend meat and stir-fried food.
