There are only four breweries that regularly supply sake for the Imperial household. Nihonsakari is one brewery to be so honored for over 100 years. This special sake called Souhana was permitted to be sold to the public for the first time in 1970.

This most superior sake has been used ever since by the Imperial family for important events such as the enthronement of Emperor Taisho and Showa; almost all weddings of the Imperial family; official welcome parties for state guests; and in 2019 the enthronement of the new Emperor of Japan.

Made from Hitachi Nishiki rice from Ibaraki prefecture a rice suitable for brewing developed and cultivated. A dry finish with a gentle scent. However, it's not just spicy, it expresses Hitachi Nishiki's unique beauty and smartness.Of course, it goes well with fresh seafood, but goes well with spicy as meat dishes such as roast beef and oil dishes. It's gas-filled when it's released.

A pure rice sake with a mild yet beautiful aroma and an exquisite balance of acidity and spiciness. The rice is milled to the Junmai Ginjo standard (60%) and fermented carefully at the same low temperature as Daiginjo, creating a clean and high-quality taste.

Carefully selected Nanko plums from the local 'Yameshi Tachibana' town are soaked in the authentic sweet potato shochu "Zokuku" and bottled without filtration.

Unlike typical Japanese beers, it has a rich flavor.
