This is Miyakanbai's pinnacle product. The taste is "pure", refined to an ultra-high 19% rice polishing. The clear mouthfeel spreads like a clear spring day and could even be said to be the pinnacle of Japanese sake.
Originally, Miyakanbai produces many sakes made with highly polished rice, and all of their sakes have a sense of purity, but this sake expresses that ultimate quality.

Top-class sake with the rice center-stage

Named after the beauty of the nearby Mt. Kaikoma. Hints of porridge with nectarine jam. Off-dry with a refreshing acidity and texture like tweed. Very tidy but flavorful umami fills the mouth releasing oats and nuts before a dry finish. Delicious at any temperature but warm up to unleash even more flavor.

Namanama Junmai

The sake rice used is "Yuki Megami" for Daiginjo, developed in Yamagata Prefecture, and is luxuriously polished to 35%. It is a sweet sake with a glamorous and classy ginjo aroma, and a gentle flavor that allows you to feel the savory taste of rice in a clear Shimizu-like flavor.

This sake 'Souhana' is a kind of 'Junmai Ginjo' sake and has a very good balance of five tastes of sweet, sour, dry, bitter and astringency. It is very smooth and tasty with less aroma. The taste proves that many people have loved the sake 'Souhana'. The name 'Souhana' means the sending happiness and love to all people, so that it has been served at various congratulatory occasions.

Whether you prefer it chilled, heated, or on the rocks, the robust and delicious flavour of Fukumitsuya's Kuroobi Dodo Yamahai Junmai (15%) 720ml will not disappoint. With its pleasant acidity and rich umami, this domestic rice and rice koji blend (polishing ratio: 65%) features a mix of Yamada Nishiki (60%, produced in Naka-ku, Takamachi, Hyogo Prefecture) and Kinmon Nishiki (40%, produced in Kijimadaira, Shimotakai-gun, Nagano Prefecture). This junmai and yamahai-prepared junmai ginjo sake blend (60%) has an alcohol content of 15%, a nihonshu meter value of +5, and an acidity of 1.9. Enjoy the bold flavour on the rocks (or however you like it) - it's perfect for any occasion!

In order to achieve a crisp aftertaste, Hattan Nishiki rice was polished to 40%. The yeast used was from our own company, and the sake was brewed slowly at low temperatures. It features a high-quality ginjo aroma and a crisp aftertaste, as well as the rich flavor derived from the rice that is unique to pure rice daiginjo sake. It goes well with Japanese cuisine, which has a delicate flavor that makes the most of the ingredients, as well as Western cuisine, which has its own unique style, such as Italian and French cuisine.
