Shirataki-Shuzo is established in 1855 at Echigo Yuzawa in Niigata prefecture, which is ideal climate of making sake. Echigo Yuzawa is famous for heavy snowfall and hot springs.

With its elegant fruit-like ginjo aroma, an exquisite spiciness that spreads after you put it in your mouth, a strong umami flavor that wells up from deep within, and a mellow sweetness, you can enjoy a three-dimensional taste. In addition, the balance of sharpness and lingering aftertaste is pleasant, and the rich umami flavor lingers in your mouth without becoming too heavy. It is a highly satisfying sake that complements meals while also being enjoyable as a drink on its own.

It is Yamahai sake: Yamahai is a traditional sake brewing method (lactic acid growing method). It takes longer to brew in the process, so the taste is rich and earthy, and can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed. Alcohol content is 16%.

Snow Peak, which has created a new scene that connects people and nature, and Asahi Sake Brewery, which has been nurtured by the blessings of nature and have been working together, propose a new culture of enjoying sake outdoors.

Plum wine with a refreshing natural plum scent and acidity.
This plum liqueur is made with Shimeharitsuru, a blend of carefully selected white Kaga plums from Gunma Prefecture.

You can also enjoy plum wine on the rocks or carbonated. Also, as a recommended way to drink umeshu, according to brewery Miyao Sake Brewery, it is recommended to mix it with sake 1:1

It has a refreshing, rich, firm aroma, and is characterized by a light, deep flavor along with a great sharpness. When warmed, the acidity is enhanced and the flavor becomes deeper, making it extremely delicious. This is a standard "Bon" sake that goes well with any dish, from home cooking to authentic Western cuisine, and is an all-purpose delicious sake.

Ideal for pairing with a wide range of dishes, the age-old Kimoto brewing process imparts this Junmai sake with a silky smooth texture and elegant balance of flavour.

It's called Junmai-Shu (Reguler Grade), but quality of “Junmai Ginjo” (Premium Grade), which is fermented slowly in lower temperature.

Japanese Shochu

Iichiko is produced using only carefully selected barley, koji making barley, and natural, clear water. The result is a best-selling authentic shochu spirit whose mellow flavour ensures you’ll never get tired of it.

This beer is carefully hand-brewed using four types of the finest malt and three types of the finest hops.
Unlike typical Japanese beers, it has a rich flavor.
It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus and ripe apples. Once you taste this pale ale, your concept of beer will change dramatically.

The bitterness of the hops in this pale ale is recommended for beef dishes and Italian dishes that make use of the acidity of tomatoes. It also goes well with shellfish.

“The King of Sake Rice” Yamadanishiki from Hyougo prefecture is only used for making this quality sake.
It create fruity aroma with clean finish.

This unpasteurized sake is made from 80% "Fusakogane" rice from Chiba Prefecture. In order to suppress the unpleasant tastes that are typical of lightly polished rice, it is made in a bold way, and the mash is kept at an extremely low temperature, so it is finished at 15% alcohol, even though it is unpasteurized. The unique aroma and full-bodied flavor spreads in the mouth, and the acidity with a strong presence tightens the aftertaste.

This is a pure rice sake with a slightly light taste.
It has a smooth aftertaste while taking advantage of the richness and flavor of the rice, making it ideal for an evening drink. To experience the rice flavor that is unique to pure rice sake, drink it at room temperature. If you chill it, it will have a crisp mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity. Warm it up to a lukewarm temperature for a rich, mellow taste.

The elegantly fragrant sweet aroma and umami of the rice spreads throughout the mouth, and the delicate acidity in the aftertaste gives it a crisp mouthfeel.
The spring water within the brewery is used as the brewing water, and the main ingredients are "Akita Sake Komachi" and "Yamada Nishiki" rice, which are contracted with the brewers and farmers, and all of the yeast is cultured in-house. In an organic environment that values the balance of microorganisms, we practice a particular approach to sake brewing, relying on the power of nature.

Kubota’ s Daiginjo Genshu, international exclusive undiluted sake, has a gorgeous Ginjo aroma with a hint of apple spreading a refined sweetness that is unique to Genshu. A rich flavor is followed by a refreshing crispness.

This is a masterpiece by Suminoe of Ishinomaki, known for brewing sake that represents Miyagi Prefecture. The rice used is "Kuranohana," a variety developed specifically for sake brewing by Miyagi Prefecture. The yeast used is "Miyagi yeast," making it a pure rice ginjo sake made entirely from Miyagi ingredients.
The name of the sake, "Kuranohana," is derived from the sake brewing rice developed by Miyagi Prefecture.
The fresh fruit aroma, subtle sweetness, and refreshing acidity blend harmoniously in your mouth. You can enjoy a refreshing, clear aftertaste even after drinking.
