Dassai "45" is a premium junmai daiginjo sake, made from only rice milled down to 50%, water and koji mold. Sublime Yuzu Sake - Refreshing

We had this sake served chilled at Kid Kyoto restaurant in Sydney and it was refreshing. It bursts with the delicate citrus flavor of yuzu and lifts the pallete. It's not too sour or sweet. Our entire table loved it immediately. I find it fresh, light to drink and highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
