A clear and refreshing Junmai Ginjo with subtle aromas and flavours. Can be enjoyed cold or luke-warm.

A sake with subtle notes of pear and melon. It has an excellent balance of sweetness and acid. Best served chilled to enjoy a crisp aftertaste or served at room temperature to enjoy the elegant aromas that Kubota has to offer.

Created with the use of an original yeast strain (HA14 Yeast), designed to bring out intense fruity flavours. Despite being a Junmai sake, the fresh aromas and flavours are surprisingly similar to a Daiginjo. It's recommended to serve this sake in a wine glass to bring out the best of it's aromatic character.
