A traditional Japanese sake aged in handmade barrels made of 'Yoshino' Cedar. Rich aromas compliment the crisp texture, working to cleanse and refresh your palate. 'Kikumasa' is renowned as one of Japan's top producers of taru (barrel) sake.

Created with the use of an original yeast strain (HA14 Yeast), designed to bring out intense fruity flavours. Despite being a Junmai sake, the fresh aromas and flavours are surprisingly similar to a Daiginjo. It's recommended to serve this sake in a wine glass to bring out the best of it's aromatic character.
