A super premium, naturally fermented junmai daiginjo made from 'Yamada Nishiki' rice and produced in Hyogo prefecture's 'Special A' Grand Cru terroir in the town of Yokawa. Brilliant flavours with an expansive fruity palette, elegant sweetness and a lively acidity. A crisp, refreshing finish like no other.

Mellow & Mature

Matured for 24 months in ice cold fermentation. This perfectly balanced junmai ginjo is full of bright stone fruit, from peaches to nectarine and juicy cherry with a clean mineral finish that is reminiscent of melting snow.

Kinu Shiro, meaning 'silky white', is a exceptionally rich Nigori (unfiltered) sake which is silky smooth on the palate. This sake is best served chilled or on the rocks.

The flagship premium sake in Asahi Shuzo's 'Kubota' range. The complex flavours have been crafted through expert brewing techniques. It has a refined floral aroma balanced with a silky smooth texture. Recommended to serve slightly chilled or warmed.

Dry, Fermented After-Funk

Classic style junmai sake features a dry taste. This Karakuchi style of junmai has a nose full of cantaloupe, lilac and almonds. This very dry sake has a slight creaminess and bright acidity.

Cool Mountain

Water Precious mountain water creates perfection. A dependable and food friendly junmai with a combination of white flowers, apples and melon. The palate is rich and round, full of strong fruit such as honey dew and peach with a dry finish.
