“Bon GOLD” is a sake that is made from Junmai Daiginjo unpasteurized sake that has been adjusted and aged at minus 10 degrees Celsius, and then bottled and pasteurized at the shipping stage to seal in the mellow taste of the season. (It is so-called raw sake.)

Since it is pure sake that has not been filtered as it is squeezed, it contains a small amount of white sediment, which is the original ingredient of sake.

In addition, it features a pale golden color due to adjusted aging, and in order to express this color, we used a UV-cut transparent bottle, and the label was also made to match the color of the sake.

Chill well and pour into a large wine glass. You can enjoy a clear and wonderful scent, and a soft and refreshing taste with a strong presence.

Miwa Shuzo achieved a Pure Rice Sparkling Nigori-zake with carbonation derived from secondary fermentation in-bottle,creating a crisp, clean taste after the sweetness of the rice and the richness of Nigori-zake. The process of “secondary fermentation in a bottle” is equivalent to the Champagne Method for wine. The naturally-produced fine bubbles create a fresh and pleasant texture.

This Junmai Daiginjo has a luscious and juicy character with a nectar-like sweetness on the palate, followed by a long, bright finish.

Created with the use of an original yeast strain (HA14 Yeast), designed to bring out intense fruity flavours. Despite being a Junmai sake, the fresh aromas and flavours are surprisingly similar to a Daiginjo. It's recommended to serve this sake in a wine glass to bring out the best of it's aromatic character.

A super premium, naturally fermented junmai daiginjo made from 'Yamada Nishiki' rice and produced in Hyogo prefecture's 'Special A' Grand Cru terroir in the town of Yokawa. Brilliant flavours with an expansive fruity palette, elegant sweetness and a lively acidity. A crisp, refreshing finish like no other.

Cool Mountain

Water Precious mountain water creates perfection. A dependable and food friendly junmai with a combination of white flowers, apples and melon. The palate is rich and round, full of strong fruit such as honey dew and peach with a dry finish.

The sake name means velvet taste. A fruit-forward bouquet of pear followed by black pepper and mint. Smooth, off-dry, low acidity with medium body, lots of umami and a medium finish with a hint of tomato leaf. The structure is firm with some corners. A subtle sake packed with flavor as a result of a long careful ferment at low temperatures.

Chill and put in a wine glass to fully appreciate the aroma. Pair with meat dishes like roast beef.
