A special sake with elegant fruity aromas and flavours. It has featured at the Nobel prize competition's 'Nobel Nightcap' party for two consecutive years.

This Sake Uses 100% "Kura no Hana" rice suitable for sake brewing from Kesennuma. Junmai Daiginjo brewed slowly at a low temperature in the bitter cold. A gorgeous fruity scent. It has a mellow texture, a well-balanced flavor, and a gentle sweetness. The aftertaste is sharp and crisp.

Made using the traditional 'Yamahai' method, the robust flavours creates a harmonious balance with the crisp and refreshing finish. Best served slightly warm to bring forth the sake's full aromatic potential.

Introducing Miyakanbai's seasonal gem: "Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nakadori Namazake." Crafted from 45% polished Miyama Nishiki rice, this sake boasts a fruity aroma and a chewy texture.

With refreshing sweetness and subtle spice,

it's a delightful treat with every sip.

"Hyakumoku FUTURE Junmai Daiginjo" is a large grain harvested from the "Grand Cru" (special grade field), which has been linked for more than 100 years in the Yoshikawa Special A area in Hyogo's unique terroir. "Yamada Nishiki" rice is polished to 35%. This junmai daiginjo sake has a smooth texture and a sweet cooling sensation that feels like the moment the juice of a freshly ripe white peach overflows.It is characterized by its light, rich flavour and rich flavour.

「純米大吟醸 四方四里」は、当店の信条でもある四方四里、つまり原料米、仕込水、作り手の技まで、喜多方の風土から生まれたこだわりのお酒です。地元喜多方産の酒造好適米「山田錦」100％を使用しており、フルーティな香りと、瑞々しくふくらみのある味わいが特徴で、雑味がとても少なく淡麗中辛で喉にすーっと流れていき、後に少し甘味がでてくるような上品で洗練された逸品です。
