Created with the use of an original yeast strain (HA14 Yeast), designed to bring out intense fruity flavours. Despite being a Junmai sake, the fresh aromas and flavours are surprisingly similar to a Daiginjo. It's recommended to serve this sake in a wine glass to bring out the best of it's aromatic character.
this is a good value for money, it has a lot of flavor, and a strong fragrance, so much so, that it's not one to be drunk in a large amount, but sipped slowly.

This is not the most expensive sake but it is a pleasure to drink. I am a regular visitor to Japan and I have my favourite sakes over there, this one is very satisfying.
