'Zanpa' Awamori is used as the base and mixed with Shekuwasar juice. A smooth awamori liquor produced in Okinawa. 12% alcohol.

This sake is brewed September to March every year for only limited number of bottles.

Cool Mountain

Water Precious mountain water creates perfection. A dependable and food friendly junmai with a combination of white flowers, apples and melon. The palate is rich and round, full of strong fruit such as honey dew and peach with a dry finish.

「純米吟醸 弥右衛門」は弊社の自社田で蔵人自らが栽培した酒造好適米を使用していますが、その品種が「夢の香（ゆめのかおり）」という福島県で独自に開発された県の酒造好適米です。福島県喜多方の豊かな風土に育まれた「夢の香」と飯豊山系の清冽な伏流水を使用したこの純米吟醸酒は、お米の旨味と柔らかい果実香が特徴のバランスが良い仕上がりとなっております。冷やでも常温でも幅広い種類のお料理と楽しんでいただけます。

Made from Fukushima's “Yume no Kaori” rice and fresh underground water from the Iitoyo mountain
ranges. A well balanced sake with soft, fruity aromas and delicious umami flavours. Can be enjoyed at
room temperature of chilled.

Created by mixing a small amount of unrefined Ginjo to the sharp taste of pure rice Ginjo. A full-bodied sake with a clear and delicate aftertaste. Sasanigori is a popular choice across the world.

深みと旨みを極めた純米大吟醸。ふくよかな香りとコクのある味わいが特長です。

Kano Shuzo's Junmai Daiginjo is a complex sake with extreme depth and a pronounced umami character. Famous for it's rich aromatics and delicious flavour.

Meaty, Minerality Magic

Classic style junmai sake features a rich and bold taste. This rich round junmai is full of savory tones such as mushroom, smoke and burnt lemon. The palate is very juicy with sweet spice and caramelized citrus and crisp acidity.

Created with the use of an original yeast strain (HA14 Yeast), designed to bring out intense fruity flavours. Despite being a Junmai sake, the fresh aromas and flavours are surprisingly similar to a Daiginjo. It's recommended to serve this sake in a wine glass to bring out the best of it's aromatic character.

This Junmai Daiginjo has a luscious and juicy character with a nectar-like sweetness on the palate, followed by a long, bright finish.

Japanese Shochu

• Made in Oita, Japan

Iichiko is produced using only carefully selected barley, koji making barley, and natural, clear water. The result is a best-selling authentic shochu spirit whose mellow flavour ensures you’ll never get tired of it.
